Ben Heady, a Cedarville University student and passionate hunter and outdoorsman, organized the “The One Arrow Mission” ministry project to provide 1,500 pounds of venison to local food banks in the southwest Ohio area. By partnering with Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry, he’s turning his passion for hunting into a mission to fight hunger.

Heady hopes “The One Arrow Mission” can be a multi-generational effort, motivating older hunters to take their children and grandchildren into the field and reminds others of the families facing empty tables and inspires them to use their own talents and resources to serve their communities.
